January 20th Online Registration Opening January 1, 2018

The January 20, 2018 West Texas Big Bobcat Contest is right around the corner. However, we are not opening Online registration until January 1, 2018.

Teams can still mail in their entry forms with the entry fee, but be sure to get them to us before the contest starts. (Money order or Cashiers Check ONLY. No personal checks, please.)  Of course, you can also stop by Field and Streams or The Outdoorsman any time before noon on the Saturday of the contest. The entry fee is due when you turn in your entry form at these locations. Please remember there are NO REFUNDS.
Online registration will close at 12:00 PM, Saturday, January 20th. Please don’t wait until the last minute if you are going to register online.

If you need to make changes to your team members after you’ve turned in your entry form, it MUST be done in writing so that we have a record of it. An email to info@wtbbc.org is the ONLY acceptable method to change a team member. Using the Contact Form on our website is equivalent to an email. We WILL NOT accept text messages or Facebook messages to change team members.

Also, if you know of any sponsors that are interested in donating money or products to the contest, please ask them to contact us. We are always looking for ways to improve the weigh-in for everyone involved, and it’s a great opportunity for them to get their products into the hands of the hunters that use them.

March 25th Online Registration Now Open

Once again we had a great turnout for our February 2017 contest.  There were a total of 695 teams entered, and we paid out $139,000 in prize money to the Big Bobcat and Jackpot winners.  We also gave away some very nice prizes donated by our sponsors.  Be sure to check out their websites or establishments to show them your appreciation for supporting this contest.

Online registration is now open for anyone wanting to enter the March contest using PayPal.  Teams can still mail in their entry forms with their team’s entry fee, but be sure they get to us BY THURSDAY before the contest.  (Money Order or Cashiers Check ONLY.  No personal checks, please.)  Of course, you can also stop by Field and Streams in San Angelo, Texas any time between now and 12:00 PM on the Saturday of the contest. The entry fee is due when you turn in your entry form.  There are NO REFUNDS.

We will be closing down Online Registration for the March 5th, contest at 12:00 AM on Tuesday, March 1st. That’s this Monday night / Tuesday morning!
