If you are seeing this page, you have successfully submitted your online registration for the upcoming West Texas Big Bobcat Contest. Please verify that you have received an email from Stripe with a receipt for your payment. You should also receive a separate confirmation email from WTBBC. Both emails will be sent to the email address you entered on the registratin form. If you do not see an email from WTBBC, please check your Junk or SPAM folder. We’ve been having issues with our mail being treated as such, especially with Hotmail and Yahoo addresses.
Your team may begin hunting at 12:00 PM Noon on the Saturday of the contest.
All team member changes MUST be submitted by using the Contact Us page on our website. You must include the current team members names, and the names of those which you will be substituting. Be sure you double check your email address on the form. This is where the automated Team Change confirmation email will be sent. All team changes must be received before 12:00 PM on the Saturday of the contest.
We will begin weighing animals around 9:30 AM on the Sunday following the contest, at the San Angelo Claybird Association. 13525 Duncan Rd, San Angelo, TX.
We will close the gates at 11:00 AM sharp. Any late teams WILL be disqualified!! Your ENTIRE TEAM must be present at weigh-in to claim any cash prizes. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. If you don’t think you qualified for any of the cash prizes, try to make it to weigh-in anyway. We have a lot of products and gift cards from our sponsors to give away in the door prize drawing. Be sure to come to the front to get your ticket for the drawing. Door prizes are for registered hunters ONLY. We will have vendors at weigh-in with booths set up under the pavillion. Please be sure to visit their booths to let them know you appreciate their support of the contest.
We will post the official team count and payout on Facebook and the website shortly after 2:00 PM on Saturday, once we tally up the entry forms and count the money.
Results will be posted on our website and on Facebook after the contest on Sunday, so please check there first. If you haven’t signed up for email notifications on our website, please do so, and you will receive updated info as soon as it is posted.
